1. the website Provides a Medium for Interaction
the website is an internet portal that facilitates communication between Experts and potential users of Food Business Legal Services and Information. the website acts as a venue for providers and consumers of Food Business Legal Services and Information to exchange information with the goal of eventually forming a relationship.
We do not involve ourselves in the agreements between experts and clients or the actual representation of clients. Therefore, we cannot ensure the completion of the agreement or the integrity of either party. The user, and not the website, is solely responsible for assessing the integrity, honesty, and trustworthiness of all persons with whom they communicate on this service.
2. Disclaimer of Expert-Client Relationship
the website is not an agent of experts. It only facilitates communication between experts and potential clients. Any electronic communication sent to the website alone will not create an expert-client relationship between the user and the website, such being expressly denied.
Our role is solely to provide a platform for interaction. Any further requirements and arrangements are handled directly between the client and the Experts, with the website having no involvement.
3. the website Does Not Promote Any Specific User
the website seeks to help users find the best-suited experts for their needs based on the information provided in the application form. the website is not intended to be a source of advertising or solicitation, and the contents of the website should not be construed as legal advice.
4. the website Does Not Provide Services, Guidance, or Advice Related to Any Government Documents and Services
the website only facilitates communication between users and independent third-party experts for Food Business queries and compliance-related matters. We do not provide any services, guidance, or advice related to food licenses, food business compliance, or other technicalities.
5. Prohibited Resale of Forms
the website grants users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its “Common Needs” feature for personal use or for their clients if they are attorneys or professionals. Users are strictly prohibited from modifying, copying, reproducing, or distributing these forms for unauthorized purposes.
6. Disclaimer of Representations by Users
the website makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty (express or implied) as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of representation provided by any of the experts listed on the platform.
The Experts on our network are independent professionals and not employees of the website. We cannot track or monitor their activities and do not hold any responsibility for the quality of their work.
7. Service Time Frame
the website aims to engage or establish communication with specialists within 24-48 hours. However, this may take longer, sometimes exceeding 15 days, depending on expert availability. If no communication has been made within 15 days of payment, a full refund is available.
8. Disclaimer Regarding Google Ads and Website Phrases
Phrases such as “Apply FSSAI License,” “Online Food License,” “FSSAI License Registration,” etc., are used for emphasizing user needs but do not imply that the website provides services, consultation, or assistance in acquiring government documents. the website only provides a platform for procuring specialists.
9. Mandatory Documents for Application
Applicants must provide the following documents based on their business entity type:
- Individuals: Passport-size photo, Aadhaar Card (both sides), PAN Card.
- Partnership Firms: Passport-size photo of partners, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of all partners, Partnership Deed.
- Private Limited Companies: Passport-size photo of directors, Aadhaar Card and PAN Card of all directors, Articles of Association (AOA), Memorandum of Association (MOA), and Incorporation Certificate (INC).
- Proof of Business Premises: Sale Deed (if owned), Rent Agreement (if rented), or Utility Bill.
- Declaration Form: A manually signed declaration form confirming the authenticity of the submitted documents.
10. Adherence to FSSAI Regulations
The applicant must comply with all FSSAI regulations. Any non-compliance may result in application delays, rejection, or cancellation. the website does not bear responsibility for regulatory actions, penalties, or compliance failures by the applicant.
11. Clause for Expired Registration License Renewal Requests
If the client requests a license renewal after expiration, no refund shall be issued. Renewals are allowed within 30-45 days before expiration and up to 6 months after expiry, subject to penalties and late fees.
12. User Guidelines
Users of the website must follow these rules:
- No foul, racist, hateful, or otherwise offensive language.
- No violation of intellectual property rights.
- No spamming or unauthorized advertising.
- No interference with the website’s security and operations.
the website reserves the right to restrict access to users who violate these terms.

14. Delay or Cancellation of Application by Government Authorities
If an application is delayed or rejected by government authorities, the Specialist is not liable. Specialists only assist in preparation, submission, and filing. The decision regarding approval or rejection rests with the respective government department.
15. OTP Requirement
For certain processes, One-Time Passwords (OTPs) may be required. Clients must be available and responsive to ensure smooth processing of their requests.
